What is Reiki?

Reiki is a form of energy healing and Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a universal energy which is transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional and physical healing.

How does Reiki make you feel?

Since the primary concept of Reiki healing is to channel the universal energy and use it to aid relaxation in the body, you may feel deeply calm and relaxed after the Reiki session. It is also said to get rid of all the accumulated stress in the body and aid emotional healing.

However, it is important to remember that experience is often subjective and may differ greatly from person to person. While some may end up falling into a deep meditative sleep during the session, others may feel waves of energy surrounding them.

Sometimes the experience of Reiki is dramatic, while for other people, the first session in particular may be uneventful, although the feel somehow better afterward. The most common experience is an almost immediate release of stress and a feeling of deep relaxation.

What should I do before my Reiki session?

Relax and reflect. Give yourself at least 30 minutes prior to the session to sit and reflect.

Eat and hydrate. You'll want to be sure you've eaten and hydrated a few hours before the session - mostly so you will be comfortable and not distracted by hunger or thirst, plus the movement of energy throughout ones body can make you light headed, so making sure you are in fact hydrated and food in your belly will help combat those feelings.

What are Chakras?

Chakras, a Sanskrit language word meaning "wheel of life" are energy centers found throughout the body. The position of each of the major chakras corresponds with an endocrine gland controlling hormonal balance. These chakras are located at the base of the spine ( root chakra ) between the genitals and naval ( sacral chakra ) a couple of inches above the naval ( solar plexus chakra ) the center of the chest ( heart chakra ) middle of the neck ( throat chakra ) just above the brow area ( third eye chakra ) and top of the head ( crown chakra ).

In a world full of stress and negativity, our chakras get blocked when they come in contact with negative influences. A "block" is a place where your energies are confined or forbidden to flow freely. If the energy cannot flow freely, that is a major source for any type of illness and mental diseases. Reiki healings help you to declutter those blocks and get the energies flowing freely again. It helps your body to create harmony within and it releases imbalances created by negative influences. No chakra works efficiently irrespective of the others, they are all part of the whole. Each chakra works efficiently only when other chakras are fully aligned and engaged with the energy system.

How does Reiki work?

Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety. Reiki practitioner masters use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing.

What does a Reiki session look like?

During a session a Reiki practitioner will gently move their hands above or on the client's clothed body in a series of hand positions. Each hand position is held for around 3 - 10 minutes, or depending on the client's needs, measured by a Reiki Master who can tell how blocked a Chakra is. Typically focus on and around the head and shoulders, stomach and feet.

What does it mean if a Chakra is blocked or unbalanced?

There can be a depletion of energy flow or too much energetic activity in a chakra, each will manifest into different outcomes.

When a chakra is low in energy, you’ll have difficulty expressing the particular qualities associated with that chakra.

When a chakra is overactive, the qualities are a dominant force in the person’s life. This can have both physical and emotional effects.

For example, the first chakra is about security, survival, and the foundation of our life.

If it’s underactive, it can show up as depression and insecurity. If there’s too much energy, it can show up as fearlessness without precaution or hoarding because you need more to feel secure.

Can a blocked Chakra affect your health?

In general, the location of the chakra that’s out of balance may affect the parts of your body in close proximity to that chakra.

This includes your organs, bones, joints, and tissues near that area.

Imbalances in the chakras may cause an emotional imbalance as well.

This may lead to increased anger, sadness, fear, or indecisiveness.

It’s important to pay attention to both the psychological and physiological sensations because they can inform each other and uncover the root cause of the experience. Experiencing too much stress — physically or mentally — may cause one or more chakras to be out of balance.

Personal habits such as poor physical alignment or posture, eating unhealthy food, or self-destructive behavior may cause a chakra to be imbalanced. Prolonged imbalance may also lead to physical disease and illness, musculoskeletal issues, and mental health challenges like depression or anxiety.

What is Past Life Regression?

Past life regression ( PLR ) is when we use hypnosis techniques to "view" our past lives. During these sessions we are better able to understand patterns and lessons that we are supposed to learn about in this life. this understanding and healing can help us to heal current life traumas, eliminate limiting beliefs and more.

What should I expect in a P. L. R. session?

Before Your Session Before you ever have your session, you may start to get glimpses into what is coming. This can occur in a dream during sleep, or sudden information coming to you. This is normal in many energy healing techniques. Once you have stated the intention to do a session, things start appearing.

During Your Session Past life regression is a hypnosis technique. Your session will begin with a relaxation visualization that will calm you. This allows you to be able to access the brain state to be able to experience a past life. Once you are calmed then we will ask to be shown a lifetime that is impacting what you wanted to work on. From here every session is different. We explore until the right information comes through or your spirit team determines that you have done enough. This means you may visit multiple lifetimes to grab highlights. Or you may visit one and get into more details.

While you are exploring the different lives you may experience some of the following:

Physical sensations - you may feel what you see in that life. For example, a client that visited a life that took place in the Dust Bowl. They would feel the wind and dirt as they were waiting for a train.

Strong emotions - you may feel what you felt in that past life. If you were overjoyed, you may feel that joy during the session.

Not seeing - many assume that you will visually see everything. But this is not the case. Often you will have just a knowing, or you will hear things. Typically, what you do experience is based on what your natural spiritual gifts are. For example, if you are clairaudient, then you will most likely hear what is going on.

End Of Your Session Once you have finished visiting past lives the practitioner backs you out of the relaxed brain state.

After you are fully present again the practitioner will review what was discovered. Depending on your practitioner's expertise it may involve tips and discussion on how to move forward with the information.

After Your Session What you experience afterwards can be different for everyone. Any type of energy work or healing work will impact you on a cellular level. Unless you have had other types of energy work done, you won't know how you will react. I recommend you clear your schedule for at least a couple hours after, just to allow yourself some time.

What is reincarnation?

Reincarnation is when our soul decides to come back to earth for another lifetime. Why would we do this? Because our soul is trying to learn many lessons. This takes more than one life. Thus, we reincarnate to learn more.

How do I prepare for a P. L. R. session?

Setting the intention to have a great session. Your subconscious knows everything about you and will know that you have planned a PLR session, so it will be ready to communicate what is needed when the time comes. It is important to understand that your conscious self will be taking a back seat during the session, so the more you welcome a conversation with the subconscious before the session, the better prepared you will be. No consumption of alcohol or recreational drugs for 24 hours before your session. The clearer your mind, the better your session will be. Please eat well but light before you come in. It doesn’t help when you feel hungry.

How does P. L. R. help?

There can be many benefits, but to me there are three that have the biggest impact on us. They are:

Understanding Limiting Beliefs - When you are working on emotional healing and personal growth you will eventually end up at limiting beliefs. But sometimes they just don't make sense, there is no source. You end up frustrated that you can't figure it out. It can be tied to a past life issue that you need to resolve. The belief might not be identifiable here, because it was from another life.

Solve Relationship Problems - Have a relationship that you just can't seem to get over or never works right? It might be tied to a past life. You may discover a pattern of relationship issues with this soul or even contracts that need resolved.

Irrational Fears - Fearful of something but never quite understood why? It could be a carryover from a past life. Especially if it is something that needs healing! For example, if you died by drowning in a past life it may show up in this life as fear of water. Even though nothing in this life has happened.

Does P. L. R. work?

Yes, assuming you believe it will. We all have different beliefs, and these can impact how anything will work in your life. So if you believe in reincarnation, then yes we can have a past life regression session that will work.

What if you don't believe? that is called a limited belief, we can figure out what that limited belief or beliefs are and we can go over those with a few tests to help eliminate them. For this there has to be a commitment to the process and will need to enter a session with an open mind and willing to explore new ideas.

Will I remember everything?

Most of the time you will. You won't feel asleep or be completely out of it. It is more of an interactive process. It is nothing like the hypnosis stage shows you have seen. You are aware of what is going on.

People have imaginary thoughts when it comes to Past Life Regression. It's not like beating in the bush. It is a process that guides us to our sunken positive energy to deal with our problems. Let us unmask the wrong notions associated with the practice.

1. Myth - Time Travel Fact: There is a difference between reel & reality. Past life regression involves accessing memories of past life. This doesn’t mean you can physically travel through time. It's not like hopping into a time machine! Never mind, but you are a fool if you think so! It is a therapeutic technique to assess and heal unresolved emotions and traumas from past incarnations. The whole system is guided through hypnosis and meditation.

2. Myth - Religious Practice Fact: Past life regression is not tied to any specific religion. It is an experimental technique that individuals from diverse spiritual backgrounds can utilize. While some religions, such as certain branches of Hinduism and Buddhism, incorporate the concept of reincarnation, past life regression itself is not inherently religious.

3. Myth - Losing Control Fact: Do you feel like you might lose control over yourself if you enter the trance? Don’t be nervous! That’s not how it works. You will feel more relaxed in the process. But that doesn’t mean you won't have control over yourself. While in a trance, your therapist will guide you to navigate your thoughts. Stay calm; they won't be controlling you!

4. Myth - Instant Problem Solver Fact: Wait a minute! Has there ever been any instant solution to any severe issue? No right?! As medication takes time to cure physical health, healing takes time to heal your soul. Past life regression can be a powerful tool for self-discovery, but it is not a magic cure for all present life challenges. Regression will allow you to gain insights into past experiences, emotions, and patterns that might influence your current state. Therefore, remembering integrating and resolving these insights requires time, introspection, and often additional therapeutic work. Nothing happens with a flick of the fingers!

5. Myth - Reveals Past Life of Famous Figures Fact: It might be tempting to believe that past life regression can uncover connections to famous historical figures. But, there is no concrete evidence in support of this notion. The memories accessed during regression sessions are subjective and deeply personal. It focuses on your journey and experiences rather than grand historical events.

Recently, I had been dealing with sinus issues. Mucus buildup and waking up coughing excessively. I've tried Flonase, allergy pills, and Mucinex. Nothing worked. As of recently, I have purchased Heaven Sent Messages twice from Spirited Tiger. And I am lucky enough to have experienced their gift twice as well. I never purchased the messages in hope that their guides would allow a loved one to come in and send a message through picture. The cards were enough to give me the validation that they never left me. Though knowing the, as we refer to them Medium Episodes, are random, it was such an astonishing thing that I was blessed with their presence. They were able to tell me things that no one who doesn't personally know myself or my family would know. For example, that my sisters and I all look alike, that I have a memorial tattoo for them.
